"Customer service was not great. People don’t really seem to know what they are doing. I get to my room and the bedsheets are stained. Couldn’t get a hold of front desk phone is not properly marked. I had already unpacked my bags so I asked them to change the sheets. Bathroom wasn’t clean either but we made do since it was a last minute thing. For what I paid? I wouldn’t go back. I’ve seen motel 6 in better condition. I didn’t even get an apology."

"We had to contact Expedia as our check in code was not provided morning of check in . We finally got check in access late at night and when we do check in at 1am we walked into a room that was occupied already. This was very disturbing being two female travellers and arriving at night with people in our “supposed room” . "Love all restaurants, the drinks are really good!! They had clase azul and 1942 for an up charge. Don Julio reposado and way more liquor options included. The arcade is also all inclusive which in many other resorts they are not. Some pools are also heated with is a plus for me. Overall very good resort!"

"This property is about 17 minutes away when leaving the airport and returning it’s about 7 minutes (which is awesome ). The stove did not work! Throughout the duration of our stay, we attempted multiple times to use the stove and it wouldn’t get hot. There were zero complimentary/welcome drinks upon arrival as the booking stated and were only two water bottles in the fridge although I listed that three of us were staying.
