"This is a resort hotel that is showing his age. However, the property is well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean. The beds were good. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of charging outlets available however I was able to make do and have all my devices charging during the night. I was on the sixth floor, and I had a partial view of the ocean, the television in the room, the controls were a little bit frustrating and to be honest I’m not sure if maybe the remote remote was having...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"The waterpark was closed during our stay which was not advised during our booking process. It needs to be advised when the waterpark will be open. The cleanliness of the room was mediocre and the lack of hospitality has determined we would not return."

"Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it"

"So, this hotel is worth it in so many ways. The breakfasts were warm, plenty of choices, and well cooked. The room was spacious, a full kitchen was fully stocked! The view was spectacular. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were 10 min from attractions, events, and walmart. The college crowd frat boys left beer cans that the wind blew into the pool along with snack trash, but thats spring break and not the hotel. My ONLY complaint is the bed sheets.
