"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"We love the property but I think it would have definitely been a hundred percent better if they had coffee machines in the rooms or coffee thermoses in the lobby. Most hotels have the cheap little coffee makers with the little packets the housekeeper gives you"

"The room was clean, check in a breeze. Outdoor pools were great. The dishwasher wasn't usable because it doesn't close. No big deal we just hand washed what we used. It would be helpful to let people know where to put towels and trash as part of check out procedure. They have a laundry shoot and trash shoot. Pretty cool tho. We would definitely rent again."

Older property, great location, rooms with no frills but clean. This stay, eh I was disappointed. The check in was virtual, like an Air BNB. The interior of the room was either caulked or drywall patched to the hilt. The tub had a very slow drain, notified the property and it was repaired quickly.
