"Beautiful resort. Room was very comfortable and clean. Ina took great care of our room. Restaurants and bars were fantastic. The ne concern we had was the water temperature of the shower. Very little cold water. The showers were always very warm to hot causing a lot of steam as there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this resort!"

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"Very nice, clean room. Check in and check out was easy, staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants on site and within walking distance. Many activities on site and within a few miles of location. Kid friendly for sure (lots of them around) but several spaces where you could seek out quiet spaces as well. "

"We left pretty disappointed. This trip was for my wife’s 50th birthday, so I wanted a true resort experience. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. You are strictly paying for the beach location, not an updated, high-quality resort. ​The housekeeping/maintenance staff in the hallways were very pleasant, but the room itself was outdated and could have been much cleaner when we first arrived. "My family of 4 stayed here from a Tues-Sat. My 2 children loved the resort! It was a nice size resort and walking distance to the amenities. Definitely a family resort, or for couples and singles. We met a lot of people visiting. there were 3 pools and a few hot tubs. I would suggest bringing your own donut for the poo and they have a air pump by pool area. "We opted for the room with a partial view. We did not have breakfast, but wish they had a small restaurant on site. My ONLY problem was I could not get hot water in the kitchen. Everything else was great."
