"The resort itself was really nice. It's on the older side. The rooms need to be remodeled. The rooms aren't very sound proof. But they were clean and comfortable. Ocean access was perect. Ocean Annie's, River City Cafe, and Sandals Lounge were all great!!"

"Check in was very efficient - Pool area was great for adults and children. Indoor pool clean. We have room service handle Dinner which was extremely delicious and hot, prices very reasonable. Breakfast was good too, and granddaughter 12 and no charge, that was a good deal. Will def. Stay here again. "

"Could have been a lot better. Way overpriced for the service you get. No house keeping unless you ask for it and then they add an extra charge. When we left we had to take our trash out to the trash bin on the floor we were staying on. Last night was bad. The people in the the room next to us were extremely loud. Yelling and cussing at kids and each other and vice versa for almost 3 hours. Will not stay there again! "

"Unless you know what room you are getting in advance, I would not gamble on booking here. My room was on ground floor, next to the pool, view of the side street, somewhat updated, but felt dirty due to areas of rust. Positives: parking on-site, Starbucks on-site, near the beach. Negatives: not able to check-in early, no clear directions of the facilities, dated facilities, location of some rooms, trying to up-charge you (they stated they could upgrade our room for an additional $20 and it felt retaliatory since we declined). The staff never explained the location of the room only that it was available now. We could not stay the night and needed to find a different hotel after they were not able to find me a different room since they said everything was booked. Stick with reliable name brands if you can such as Hilton, Marriott, Springfield, etc. Disappointed!!"

"Charged a $250 amenities fee upon arrival due to booking on a different website other than their own. The door to our room 516 was open when we got there basically because the door is really hard to close and housekeeping doesn't know how to close the door. We had to vacuum our own room since housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms and only brings new towels. The room is very outdated and needs a new pullout couch bed. Best part about this hotel is the location on the ocean and pools. Was definitely way over priced for what it is."
