I came in town for a church function so I busy and didnt get to enjoy all the accommodations hotel offers. However, the experience was great and I would recommend this place and will stay here next time I'm in Fayetteville. Thank you to the staffs! All of them were great and accommodating. "

"Staff was rude both on check in and at check out. It’s been awhile since I would say that about any hotel staff for 1 interaction much less 2. Also I don’t think the AC worked as it was set. Breakfast was at the bottom for what I have experienced. "

"This was not my first time at this location. I had stayed many times including a night less than a week prior. I ALWAYS travel with my service dogs (one for me and one for my daughter). And in literally hundreds of hotel stays over the years, never had an issue. However, when I went to check in, the clerk first accused me of having 4 dogs, then it was that my dog 'was not a servjce dog breed' (based on video he watched of our prior stay he claimed, which actually left me feeling really creeped...
