"The staff were friendly helpful the hotel is quiet considering it’s opposite a pub. The rooms were big and clean, there were afew large ants in bathroom every night and even in the toilet. The pool was Not big but enough to keep u cool the decking was very rough ave breaking on the ends and sharp, this definitely needs to be redone . There is no toiletries not even soap to wash hands which is a necessity since Covid should be washing your hands lucky I bought my own dettol soap. The room is very light at night which makes it hard to sleep there was no light switch in room to turn off outside light had to keep ringing for them to turn off. Aside from that I thought the hotel was ok and sufficient for afew days."

"Great hotel, perfect size, not too busy not too quiet…. As usual in hotels, the staff make it and they are certainly worthy of credit. Great to be name checked by over half the staff from day two. Get a residence room (like a mini apartment). If you are a people watcher it’s perfect!!"

"What a unique and wonderful place to stay at. Loved that the pool was so close to the room. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and I was very full. You will need a scooter or some transport to get to the shops as it can be a bit of a walk. Staff were lovely!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Den Hotel in Canggu. The location couldn’t be better—right off the main road, just a 5-minute walk to Old Man’s Beach and less than 2 minutes to Luigi’s, so everything you need is right on your doorstep. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was just as impressive—large, clean, and well-designed. We stayed in a balcony room, which was a highlight. The deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The pool area was also beautiful and very well maintained. It was really quiet during our stay, which made it feel like we had the whole place to ourselves—such a peaceful and relaxing vibe. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend The Den to anyone visiting Canggu! "

"As the Maha Resort was brand new the place is immaculate. The staff were amazing and they made my stay an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend staying at the Maha. As of 26th Feb 2026 the front area hasnt been finished but once it is, around May 2026, this place will be an awesome location with pretty much everything you need. I feel it will be more a party location then for familys but still an awesome location. I thank all the staff for an awesome time. "
