"Definitely a solid 5-star experience. The property and room design are exceptionally well-thought-out—tasteful, high-quality, and full of character. The service throughout our stay was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. We especially appreciated the team’s thoughtful approach to guest experience, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We had our deliveries during our stay, and the teams kindly offered to provide cutleries which is something that any other hotels very rarely do. It might be a small gesture, but we truly appreciate it. The location is ideal—tucked away in a peaceful alley along Pererenan, yet just steps away from great food, activities, and services. The tuktuk & vintage van experience to nearby places was also quite fun. Overall, such a wonderful and memorable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back. "
