"We had a wonderful stay at Dreams - which exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. We remember these people and the good service they gave with a smile Bar - Antonio Entertainment - Sofia, Bruna, David, Carmen, Grace, Pedro Reception- Emmanuel, Mariana, Basilio Coffee - Bela, Linda Spa - reception Restaurants- Natalia But all staff were very warm and welcoming. It felt to us that the staff were well respected and looked after by the Resort."

"All meals were very good, food was replenished before it was needed so it was always fresh. There was always a good variety, and it seemed to have a good variety of vegan options (I am not vegan). Drinks were served in smallish glasses but they use quality alcohol. No waitstaff in at the pool or in the bar, but that may have been because of the time of year. "The hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were large, service was excellent and we really enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. Dinner at the Ovu restaurant was the best we’ve had since we’ve been to Portugal. Highly recommend! "
