"We loved this place so much, had 2 rooms, 2 AC, it was nice and cool for the hot days. Food, shopping super close. We definitely stay again "

"Location - walkable to busy streets ( less than 100m ) very quiet at night , good for resting location. Host - very friendly , came out to fetch us to lodging area, preventing us from getting lost. Even went the extra mile to recommend their local delicacy's and offer to help book water taxi for our departure. Definitely recommended and will come back to stay again! "

"Residenza Universitaria Gesuiti College, Hostel and Hotel Visited 18 days in June/July. A bit rustic, wonderfully authentic. The location is sublime. Feet away from the Vaporetto that brings you from and to Marco Polo airport, affords you the view of the lagoon, Isola di San Michele (Venetian cemetery, worth a visit) with Murano, Venetian Glass, in the near distance. "Fairly quiet area with stores, bars, and restaurants very close, but the posted pictures were deceiving. Room felt and looked like an old USA Civil War Era house and you had to share one toilet and bathroom with 5 other rooms. Also entering in 3 different codes to key lock boxes to get in was very inconvenient."

"Beautiful little place in the heart of Venice! Clean, well apportioned large room with many amenities. Included in-room espresso machine, AC, WiFi, clean linens, shower, soaps, in-room breakfast. Right near many cafes and restaurants and a beautiful vintage church. Great deal!
