"The location of the property is super convenient (although a bit challenging to find at first, therefore it is important to follow the owner's instructions). When the temperatures dropped to zero, it was a bit too cold and I would appreciate the apartment to be better cleaned when we arrived, but these were minor issues and we enjoyed the stay a lot."

"Great place to stay in Venice and so easy to get to. Super comfy beds and pillows!! Sofa could be more inviting since the tv is in the kitchen and you want somewhere to relax after a long day walking. Toaster didn’t work but that didn’t really affect us. Says bottted water available on the advert but there was none!! I would definitely comeback and stay again. Thank you for a great service and trip. "

"Area is not very accessible to main areas of Venice. You have to pick up key across town. Do not take the boat to the terminal near the rental. It’s an hour walk to pick up and return to apartment. "

"EXCEPTIONAL. The apartment is fabulous. Very spacious for our family of 6. Clean, tidy and quiet. Great location. Brilliant! There are some steps to get up to the apartment and no lift, so those with pushchairs or limited mobility, it may not be the place for you. From start to finish, communication with Benedetta from VeniceVillas was outstanding. She also went above and beyond and messaged us restaurant and supermarket suggestions. I highly recommend. "
