"Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended."

"The room is nice and clean but very small with low ceiling. I think Thu’s is typical of hotel rooms in Venice. The front desk is nice and helpful. The breakfast is good with friendly staff. The hotel is located about 15 minute walk from water bus stop and 30 minute walk to the train station. Have a small carryon with good wheels. The ground is bumpy and there are steps up and down whenever you encounter a bridge. You don’t want to be pulling a large luggage and lifting it up and down the stairs....

"Hotel is beautiful! Very modern throughout and in a great location. Close to numerous restaurant (although they give you great recommendations for nearby restaurant that are less “tourist traps”). On your door step are gondola rides and all main bus stops that take you to all all the sites. "

"Perfect location and amazing staff. They were always available to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also available to make any transportation arrangements for us. Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. It included many choices and options and was prepared fresh for each individual. "

"Timeless charm, furnished Venetian style, historic interior, in the heart of the wonderful Rialto market area, famous fish market, lots of local cafes nearby, hotel hours 24/7 access, concierge hospitality, efficient service, great breakfast, spacious room, clean, everything you need basically. Stairs throughout all floors. Comfortable seating area, outside the hotel rooms, good WiFi reception, enjoyed my stay here. Right next to the regular boat stop, cross the Rialto bridge to get the water...
