"Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. Easy access to everything and boat transportation to get in and out for travel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Great views from the rooftop bar!"

"My friend and I had a ground floor room. I did experience some noise from the Reception when people arrived or departed. Our room was lovely. The choice at breakfast was excellent and all the staff were lovely and very helpful. I would really recommend this hotel."

"Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. "it's an old hotel. everything is old fashion while that's probably for all hotels in Venice. The location is good, right next to the Rialto bridge. however, it's so crowded day and night. so many boats stop and leave....so you can't really open the window for fresh air....The breakfast is minimum. one good thing is they do have American style shower with curtain!!!! thanks god. i don't understand why most of Europe hotels has only half glass in the bath. However, there are still no window...

"The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size."
