Incredible hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly and helped with our bags up the stairs as well as offered multiple recommendations for things in the area. We were even upgraded to a canal facing view room and that was So beautiful - well worth the money if you're between booking a normal room vs canal view. My mom and I stayed in multiple hotels and airbnbs through our time in europe in multiple cities and we both agree that this hotel was our favorite

Great hotel near the grand canal. Not at all difficult to find, just walk up to a gate clearly labeled and and ring the bell. The staff were very helpful. There was 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby and they offered to take up our bags. The lobby area was lovely. The room was also nice with an antique charm to it. The bathroom was small and had a little bit of a musty smell but got better when it aired out. The staff was very helpful, showed us a map, offered to make us reservations.

Our stay at this hotel in Venice was absolutely wonderful. The highlight was the breathtaking canal view from our room—it was amazing to wake up each morning and watch the boats and gondolas pass by. The view truly captured the magic and charm of Venice. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful and romantic. Sitting by the window and enjoying the canal scenery was an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice, especially if you can book a room overlooking the canal. A beautiful stay in a beautiful city!

Excelente hotel. Quizá el costo algo elevado para el tamaño un poco pequeño de la habitación, sobre todo del baño, pero en general excelente hotel y maravillosa ubicación.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Luka, who went above and beyond by helping us carry our luggage upstairs. That level of kindness and service truly stood out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

First time at this hotel. Hotel staff sent me msg way before my holiday and asked if I have any special needs which it was amazing. It was a bit complicated to find out hotel as Venice streets are narrow and crowded.ones we get there everything goes easier. We stayed at apartment style where it was next to the canal and the view was epic bathroom beds and welcoming gifts were nice touch. Hotel staff members were amazingly helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was ok enough to keep us cool. Breakfast was very weak, I believe coz of the space. There were very little selection of food but waiters were very ready to make it smooth and easy. Location was great and walkable to every good spot in Venice. Overall our room was lovely service was good.

Um pequeno hotel (quase Boutique), com instalações internas modernas e novas. Fiquei no quarto de frente para o grande Canal, o que é lindo, mas muito barulhento, pois bem em frente tem parada de gôndolas e táxi aquáticos e a noite ainda tinha bar com música na margem do outro lado. O da café da manhã é excelente frutas frescas excelente iogurte, ovos mexidos feitos na hora, porém é necessário agendar horário para poder comer, 7, 8 ou 9 h … para garantir a mesa, pois só há 4 mesas disponíveis… no geral a localização é boa, pequena caminhada até a Praça São Marcos
