"Excellent property, staff were very friendly, place was clean, situated in a very quiet area away from all the crowds. Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay."

"This place is ideal in Venice easy to walk around very safe owner and everyone at the hotel is wonderful. Breakfasts are phenomenal. Water taxi back home came right to the canal at the rear of the dining area."

" The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. "
