"Great location. Right in the center of things but the hotel was a bit rundown n smelled funny. Great view of Rialto bridge and walkable for shopping, dining n famous sites like San Marcos square. But our AC didn’t work n it was too loud outside from partiers to leave windows open."

"Breakfast, staff, & location were amazing! Prime area. It was quite loud with everyone walking around ajd chatting since were facing the street, but we expected this. The toilet has some issues flushing (you had to try about 10 times for it to work) but not a huge deal. The only rough part was not having air conditioning - we didn't anticipate it to be so hot outside during our trip so there's nothing we could've done about that. But if you plan to visit in the summer time and need AC - this might not be the right call for you. Overall, we would stay again! "

"Me, my mother and sister stayed for 3 nights at the top floor with the balcony, the location is perfect to get to various parts of venice and close to the waterbus stops. The property itself is above a bar which caused no noise issues for us personally. Very clean and has a kettle which we always like to see. In our room we had a double bed and double sofa 'bed'. Unfortunately the sofa bed is really not fit for use in its currant state as the mattress is none existent, its like sleeping on planks of wood. Luckily it was me sleeping on it and i just about managed. I did see past reviews mentioning this issue so hopefully they will fork out for a mattress suitable for future guests. The staff used for the online check in are quick and anything i needed they were straight on it which was great. And the cleaners are very good at what they do aswel. Overall this property is lovely and really clean and great location so we would stay again for those reasons, the bed is the only off putting bit! "

"Clean, well maintained, and quiet. The only drawback was that we had the top floor room, so many steps to climb to get there."
