"Nice big Clean Room, was an issue getting in the front door to access our room to start with, after two long flights and a stressful journey was not expected! Then the next day the card to get into property again would not work, Thank God for Whats App and quick communication, this was quickly sorted! I believe there are only 15 rooms in the hotel giving the hotel a boutique feel. In a lively city like Venice, it truly was a very nice retreat. The staff was very friendly yet not overly helpful. The other guests were truly considerate. That being said, if you read previous Expedia reviews, the hotel gets high marks on all categories except...
