"Spectacular room in an historic palazzo just steps from the main pedestrian street in Cannaregio. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful with arranging transport. Definitely a splurge for us, but one that was well worth it. Breakfast had multiple options (hot and cold, healthy and pastries). View over the canal was spectacular from the forward-facing rooms."

"We had issues the first night with the electric but the team corrected it. The service is amazing! The breakfast was good. The only complaint is, it would have been nice to know it is not all level when walking in the halls. There are a few steps ."

It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and in a great location, close to the Vaporetto and the Rialto bridge, and within easy walking distance to San Marco Square. Seeing our first Venetian sunset from the amazing rooftop terrace, glasses of complimentary sparkling wine in hand, was a lovely intro to the magical city of Venezia. We’d definitely stay here again. "It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The attached restaurant was delicious……lasagna & tiramisu 2 nights in a row!! "

"Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again. "
