"We stayed at Hotel Canal Grande for 4 nights. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. We arrived at 1 am in the morning and wanted to have a cocktail after a long day of travel. Even though the bar closed at 11 pm, the front desk clerk was kind enough to open the bar for us for as long as we wanted. "Je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons séjournés 4 nuits en octobre 2025. Le personnel est très professionnel et à votre écoute. Plusieurs langues parlées. Chambre très bien agencée et très propre. Petit déjeuner un régal. A proximité des restaurants et des navettes fluviales. A 15 min à pied de la Piazza Di Roma. Bon rapport qualité prix. "

Petit déjeuner copieux mais servi uniquement à partir de 8h…un peu tard et c’est un buffet “international”, sans produits typiques italiens, tels que les cornetti al pistacchio ou alla crema…on ne se croirait pas à Venise…dommage."

"The hotel is in a great location on a side street and very quiet. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. There is no fridge or safe in the room. And no shelves or hooks in the bathroom for storage. The staff were wonderful and very responsive to email. They also have a spot to lock luggage if you arrive early, or have some time before leaving Venice. You can avoid carrying your luggage up and down bridges by taking the vaparetto from the train station to S Marcuolo stop, no...

"It was a beautifully designed hotel. A feeling of calm and quiet. The room was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff here friendly and attentive. The only criticism we had was that the lighting in sink vanity area was really bad. Almost impossible to put on makeup or take eye contacts in and out and no hooks or towel bars for towels in sink vanity area. "
