As we approached the hotel after walking a short distance from the San Marcuola vaporetto stop, we were pleasantly impressed at how well the outside was maintained with its enclosed courtyard. Inside the lobby, we were also impressed by how beautiful and updated the decor was. "The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"Nice big Clean Room, was an issue getting in the front door to access our room to start with, after two long flights and a stressful journey was not expected! Then the next day the card to get into property again would not work, Thank God for Whats App and quick communication, this was quickly sorted! Would stay here again, location was great and close to many cafes and bars etc. Nice touch with drinks in the fridge and a bottle of bubbles from our host too, Thank you Samantha 😊"

The only small issue we had was that the walls are so thin and we heard everything going on in every room around us, day and night. The noise from outside on the street was to be expected, but the noise within the hotel was a bit much at times."

"This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise!
