"Very well-located hotel in the Cannaregio area, a charming and very local neighborhood of Venice. It is just steps from Vaporetto Line 1 and only about a 30-minute vaporetto ride to Piazza San Marco, making it easy to explore the city while staying away from the crowds. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with luggage as we were. Its proximity to the vaporetto stop means you can reach the hotel without having to cross any bridges, which is a huge advantage in Venice....

"Excellent hotel in excellent location in quiet neghborhood but with a lot of good inexpensive restaurants (compare to U.S,). What is important close to small canals so you carry luggage from water taxi less than 100 meters, as there are no cars in Venice. Good breakfast, there is a small food supermarket selling food, water, wines on the same square as hotel less than 100m. Rialto Bridge 10 min walk, St Mark square 15 min walk."

"Hotel perfecto, muy limpio, aire acondicionado y el trato del personal excelente, llegamos antes de la hora y al estar la habitación lista pudimos entrar antes y después al irnos pudimos dejar las maletas e incluso esperar allí en recepción fresquitos hasta coger el tren. Recomendable al 200%. Situado al lado de un canal con vistas. Si vuelvo a Venecia repito este hotel sin dudarlo. Mi agradecimiento de nuevo al personal de recepción."

"Lots of steps to the 3rd floor. Toilet was broken, flushed but would not shut off without messing with the buttons. Couldn’t turn on TV. Remote needed batteries but it took staff two days to find and replace remote. Couldn’t watch Soccer!"
