"Our room was absolutely beautiful!!! When we checked in, the beautiful woman at the front desk said she was going to show us to our room. And you could tell she was very excited to show us. "We stayed in a few places around Italy and this was by far our favorite. It is in a cute area away from the main tourist attractions, but you can easily get to all of those areas. The breakfast buffet was delicious each morning and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved our room. The ceiling is vaulted, there is plenty of space, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also enjoyed sitting out at the rooftop getting a different view of the city. The lady that was always at the front desk was friendly and very helpful."

"The hotel is very conveniently located right near the water bus stop, and there is a small supermarket next door; St. Mark's Square is within walking distance. I liked that the room could accommodate four people, but I didn't like the sofa bed—it was not at all comfortable to sleep on."

"Excellent hotel in excellent location in quiet neghborhood but with a lot of good inexpensive restaurants (compare to U.S,). What is important close to small canals so you carry luggage from water taxi less than 100 meters, as there are no cars in Venice. Good breakfast, there is a small food supermarket selling food, water, wines on the same square as hotel less than 100m. Rialto Bridge 10 min walk, St Mark square 15 min walk."

"We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!"

"Annalisa was brilliant with help on WhatsApp and booking water taxis for us. There is a public taxi stop very close as well. This apartment is in a lovely area and had very nice dining very close. There is a grocery steps away if you wanted to cook and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an apartment so you do not get daily cleaning and fresh towels. Clean and freshly updated the only thing missing was a small love seat or chairs in the main room. The 2 kitchen chairs were not good for...
