"Our room was absolutely beautiful!!! When we checked in, the beautiful woman at the front desk said she was going to show us to our room. And you could tell she was very excited to show us. And I understand why. The room was unique and very cool!! We even had a rooftop balcony overlooking Venice. "The hotel is very conveniently located right near the water bus stop, and there is a small supermarket next door; St. Mark's Square is within walking distance. I liked that the room could accommodate four people, but I didn't like the sofa bed—it was not at all comfortable to sleep on."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Marco at the front desk was particularly helpful and enjoyable to deal with. AC worked well during the July hot spell. Nice to come back to the cool room. There were ample restaurants in the area and nearby markets for drinks and treats."

"We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!"

"The hotel arranged transport from the train station---a bit expensive but it was our first time in Venice. The hotel is conveniently located & is beautiful. We walked all over Venice & took advantage of their boat to go explore Murano. It was in the midst of the World Cup & the hotel was showing every game in the lobby. There were 3 of us & the room was great, including the bathroom. The ac worked well, which was a definite plus for these Americans!"

"Absolutely amazing! The staff is amazing, hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. The rooms are gorgeous and the AC is cool. I would give The Hotel Palazetto Madonna a 10/10 and would 1000% book again when we return. This is an amazing place with even more amazing people. One a small canal, just down from the Grand Canal. Easy to get to everything you need. The answer is yes, this is the place to stay in Venice!"
