As we approached the hotel after walking a short distance from the San Marcuola vaporetto stop, we were pleasantly impressed at how well the outside was maintained with its enclosed courtyard. Inside the lobby, we were also impressed by how beautiful and updated the decor was. "The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"Nice big Clean Room, was an issue getting in the front door to access our room to start with, after two long flights and a stressful journey was not expected! Then the next day the card to get into property again would not work, Thank God for Whats App and quick communication, this was quickly sorted! "Arrived at property and check in went smoothly. Staff was responsive. Room was warm and messaged staff about air. Got response on how to turn it on yet there was no remote for split system so they told us to turn on the fan. My issue is they knew there was no remote and air wasn’t working bc they put a fan in the room. We opened the windows for circulation but there is a bar underneath the room and people were loud and smoking until 2-3 am. Very disappointed in air issue. If you are staying now...

"スタッフは感じ良く、部屋の設備はこだわりを感じお洒落で快適に過ごせました。M'artでの朝食は美味しく景色も良くてとても気に入りました。事前に依頼していた加湿器も用意されていました。残念だったのは、以前ヴェニスを訪問した時よりもヴァポレットが想像以上に混雑していて時間をロスした事です。ホテルからは水上タクシーの手配の案内は受け取っていたのですが、もう一歩踏み込んで混雑情報を知らせてもらえればもっとスムーズにチェックイン出来たかもしれないと感じました。しかしこれはこちらから確認するべきだったかもしれませんね。 もう一つ、ホテルのアートを鑑賞出来なかったのが心残りでした。"
