"Our room was absolutely beautiful!!! When we checked in, the beautiful woman at the front desk said she was going to show us to our room. And you could tell she was very excited to show us. "Very well-located hotel in the Cannaregio area, a charming and very local neighborhood of Venice. It is just steps from Vaporetto Line 1 and only about a 30-minute vaporetto ride to Piazza San Marco, making it easy to explore the city while staying away from the crowds. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with luggage as we were. Its proximity to the vaporetto stop means you can reach the hotel without having to cross any bridges, which is a huge advantage in Venice....

"To start off, this was the perfect location. The water taxi from the airport dropped us half a block down the street, and the train station was a block in the other direction. The breakfast was lovely and they have a gorgeous garden out back. Our family room had an amazing terrace looking out on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent hotel in excellent location in quiet neghborhood but with a lot of good inexpensive restaurants (compare to U.S,). What is important close to small canals so you carry luggage from water taxi less than 100 meters, as there are no cars in Venice. Good breakfast, there is a small food supermarket selling food, water, wines on the same square as hotel less than 100m. Rialto Bridge 10 min walk, St Mark square 15 min walk."
