"The hotel looks so much better on the picture. I was extremely disappointed. The room needs to be update and the sink was clogged. The concrete ceiling is terrible. The only good thing was the nice breakfast and the staff is very polite."

"Poor communication, espresso machine was missing. Had to contact the host, then they brought the espresso machine that didn’t work. Contacted the host again and never got the coffee maker for the rest of the 5 days. Horrible !"
