"The staff were great - very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was perfect transport walk into the city centre. The pool was a bonus - one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel, it was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good - choice of continental and cooked with wide choice, kept topped up."

"The spa facilities were poor dirty showers , ran. Out of towels had to walk all the way to reception to pick one up , couldn’t get in the jacuzzi as full of children the steam room was cold I had just finished work and was looking forward to a lovely relaxing time , went to have a shower and guess what no shower gell in the dispensers overall very disappointed , the room we stopped in was ok it was at least clean ."
