"I have seen other reviews saying that the staff was rude. I had exactly the opposite experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is some noise from planes, but when you stay that close to the airport, I would just assume that there would be. Other than that, I did not hear anything from other guest rooms or the hallway, and my room was next to reception. The breakfast was also very nice, and they have four options to choose from. I arrived late, so I did not try the restaurant for dinner. I will stay there again. Very convenient to and from the airport."

The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were for guests with disabilities, making sure accessibility needs were met with genuine care and respect. The level of customer service here is outstanding, and it's clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Because of the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail, I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Costa Rica. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a comfortable stay!"

"Great staff...a staff member at breakfast showed us how to open and drink directly from a coconut and created a dolphin shaped banana cut in half for my daughter...so friendly and in good spirits. Made our stay memorable. Please was clean and efficient as expected."

"Clean, comfortable, great place to rest before our flight and even enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant. Best of all was the convenience—across the parking lot from the car rental hub where we returned our rental vehicle and walked back to the hotel! Shuttle to airport came within ten minutes of asking. Highly recommend!"
