"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"

"The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was fancier than expected. Ew restaurant are opening around it so there are more food options. My only thing is that the breakfast selection was limited."

"Large clean room with entire kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, big refridgerator. Very helpful staff and free shuttle to and from airport. Loved the pool and fitness center."

"This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!"

"The room was not cleaned. One of the beds had stain on it and the sheets were wrinkles as someone slept on it. Told the front desk at 10 PM, they came up replaced sheets and pillow cases at 10:30 PM after call them again. No apologies from the front desk or hotel manager. When I complained , they waived the parking fee 10 dollars. They treated the complaint as no big deal. Called expedia and complained for the compensation, and waiting for compensation confirmation."

"The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby. The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...

"For the most part, the property was clean and easy check-in and was able to get in earlier than the check-in time. The only problem was that the bathtub was clogged and if they cleaned it, they would have known, so they just closed it with the topper and it was dosgusting when trying to take a shower because it would fill up."

"The marketing team at Motel 6 should be ashamed to have their name linked to this awful property. It's a dive. Dirty, nasty tub and shower - we DID NOT use it. Was woken up at 2am with the man in the next room playing bad Mexican radio music, smoking dope and entertaining women who stood next to our door. This hotel appears to be a long term stay option. "We were only there overnight. I used to stay here very often years ago so I was so shocked to find out about the $15 per night parking that they now charge! One of the main reasons why I stopped staying downtown...so what is the parking fee for? Also, I found about it while reading a sign that was posted on the elevator. The lady that checked me in, made no mention and could've got car towed!!! Also, the shuttle driver SPEEDS through the parking lot, so be aware! Not sure about breakfast...
