THERE WAS NO PROPERTY!! When we arrived the hotel was CLOSED. vacated, empty, and nobody said a single thing to us about it. we were very fortunate that an adjacent hotel actually had a room for us. how is it that Expedia didn't know this property was closed and abandoned and didn't bother to tell us about it? better take it off your list of places for Canton, Ohio so other travellers don't face this situation

The hotel is under construction with a new owner. No WiFi, elevators broken, limited breakfast, pool not working, holes in lobby ceiling. It will be very nice someday.

The lady at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. I give her 5 star. it was just bought out so renovations going on made everything misleading with no wifi no breakfast no pool. Being thats the reason we booked that place we had to request a refund and keep driving to a different hotel.

Booked the room early Thursday morning, showed up later in the evening for check-in called to confirm check-in on the way only to be told no rooms available. And that renovations where being done on the second floor. Desk tenant was rude not helpful dressed in, and spoke unprofessionaly as well.

Hotel is "closed" for business. Zero furniture in lobby. No cable (TV viewing), No Wi-fi, Second floor for employees only, Third and Fourth floor was accommodated by squatters with dogs and smoking rooms. Elevators did not function, so all animals and luggage had to carried up flights of stairs. Third floor room ceilings leak water in multiple places, including on headboard and pillow. Squatters were using economy Barbeque pit outside back door. Police made several arrests.
