"Really enjoyed our stay at the Sibu. Excellent location, walking distance to main shopping area, short driving distance to many attractions and parks. Well maintained, modern and comfortable rooms. Attention to detail, it had everything we needed. The decor and grounds well maintained. Excellent staff service. Breakfast included was delicious, order off a menu. Highly recommend, would stay again"

"The staff were amazing. We were allowed in early check-in since our room was ready. The staff, the grounds, the location we're all wonderful. They have an ice machine with a filtered water station right next to it. Which was extremely convenient. The front office was available to help with tours and shuttles. "The vista on property was beautiful but the room we booked was suppose to overlook the lake and volcano but we got placed in a room that mainly overlooked the parking lot for the sky adventure park with some views of the lake visible. There were horse flies everywhere and tons of dead flies all over the floor in the room and in the curtains on the bed and in the bathtub. The traffic up to the adventure park was very loud. And there were no amenities on the property. But the lady on site...

"Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos. The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well. We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!"

"The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the trails and bird watching tower. Everyone on staff was amazing as well. Reception was so helpful in planning my itinerary and arranging transportation. The on site tour guides were knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The food was delicious with lots of vegan options. My only minor suggestion for improvement is that the spa should be moved away from the pool area as it gets a bit noisy. Overall though, I loved...
