"Convenient location"

"Someone during the night broke the glass to a back door,to the facility. There was still glass behind our parked car there in the morning. Observed at two different times people climbing in and out of their windows of two different rooms.??????"

"Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay."

"Room was very clean. However, the sign for the Disabled parking place had been knocked down and was laying on the grass in front of the space. Also, guests were allowed to sit on the benches in the covered entryway by the front door and SMOKE. This is totally unacceptable in a "Smoke Free" facility. Designate a smoking area at the edge of the property so guests aren't forced to go through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit using the front door!!"

"I call this hotel a minimalist hotel. This isn't a bad thing. We had a king size room for two. There was everything we needed in the room.The minimalist part is there was the pictures/art on the walls. There was a colorful rollup/down blind that added some "pop" to the room. There was one desk chair. Im a clean freak so would have liked the bathroom shower, sink and floor cleaner. However, it was acceptable. The mattress could use an upgrade. It had sag where people slept and a hump in the...

"We have stayed at this location 3 times within the last 3 months. It is a great place and in a convenient location. "

"For the most part it seemed clean, but there was a wash cloth left in our shower. Customer service was okay. Breakfast was too chaotic. Too small of an area. The one thing my child wanted was out when we got there."

"The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!"
