"Property is clean and well kept. If you need help in room they come and solve the problem right away. Respectable family owned motel. Very quiet place every guest is to themselves they great each other and go to their rooms. There is a well kept pool available to use. This stay the weather was cold so didn’t use the pool."

"room was not very clean, foul smell. bathroom door did not shut, toilet dispenser was broken. if you just need a place to lay your head (which is what we needed) it’s fine. area not the safest, but there are a lot of business around. a lot of stores and food options. "

"The door handle was loose did not feel very safe. The person at the front desk said its an older hotel sooooo sorry. We normally stay here Hemet does not have many options. Not sure we will stay here again."

"First time being here at this hotel and enjoyed the views, atmosphere, food and drinks. The staff were kind and informative. Only thing is during the 3rd stay, I found some ants. Not sure because we were located downstairs and when we went outside of the patio it got in. However, overall experience was great!"

"The check-in staff was pleasant. Rooms are a bit tired, not properly cleaned each day, and amenities are not replenished. The in-room fridge iced up, and all the shelves were completely broken."

"Gaia Inn and Spa was super clean and tidy. Gorgeous location on top the hill with a beautiful scenery, clean pool and jacuzzi as well as patio that was great. The lobby was clean and tidy too and looked beautiful. Tho the continental breakfast was sufficient and good, i feel adding some pastries to it would make it complete. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time and stay. I highly recommend!"

"A beautiful property in a great location. The staff was very friendly and responsive. But note if you would like daily room service (bed made, new towels, etc.) you will need to ask and they will accommodate you. "

"The breakfast that was included was AMAZING, so good and tasty. The views from the balcony were so beautiful and relaxing, our room had a fireplace and a jet tub that we enjoyed very much. The grounds were nice, only issue was when we tried to lounge in the garden, it was always dirty with glasses that had been there for days, we finally cleaned it ourselves and brought the hotel towels to sit on because the cushions were damp and looked dirty."
