"I’ve stayed here previously and had a great experience but sorry to say that the standards have dropped. The old lift situation is still an issue (only 3 tiny ones which really needs addressing somehow) but the staff are less attentive, the main pool area requires more shade, the booking system for the restaurants needs much more improvement and the food wasn’t as good. we spoke to other guests who said exactly the same thing. "Everyone was super nice and the room was nice and clean. I had arrived earlier than my check in time and while they didn’t have to, they got my room ready earlier so I could go into my room. I had 0 issues"

"Just finished our stay and Anna and the staff were wonderful. The place was very clean, breakfast was delicious and location was great. Would definitely stay again if we get back to Ibiza. Air conditioning was great to have, once we figured it out."

"Just stayed here for 3 nights as a couple. Initially wary after booking as saw there was a night club in the hotel however this seems to be closed. Pool area nice and quiet in the mornings, always plenty of loungers as the party goers don’t surface until later in the afternoon. "Had an amazing stay at Romeo’s for my hen do! The aesthetic was perfect for celebrating and the staff really went above and beyond and got involved making my time as special as it could be. The burger and fries are also incredible here! I want to come back already and it’s only been a week!!"
