"The room was tidy, though there was a noticeable build up of dust on the lamps and tables. The check in experience was very difficult. I rang the doorbell with no response and only got inside when another guest was leaving. After that, I waited about twenty minutes before anyone appeared. There was no bell or instruction at the desk, and even after calling multiple times no one came. After checking out, I returned briefly after grabbing a coffee and had the same issue.
