"Very enjoyable, relaxing stay on Cape Cod"

"Staff was helpful especially to those needing assistance with baggage to their rooms. At check in, young men wee waiting to assist you. They also were in the pool area making sure everything was in order with supplies and guests! We enjoyed the general deck seating area where you could spend time away from your room but on the same floor overlooking the grounds (or parking lot). Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional. Location was an asset - quick walk to downtown and harbor area of Hyannis....

"Filed a complain with Expedia, still pending resolution. Horrific experience. Stayed at room for less than 1 hour after checked in and LEFT. Non habitable room and worst handling of situation ever. Both front desk and manager who was not on site. Thursday July 30, 2026 at 6:30pm-7:30pm"
