"The property and cottages were very nice. The cottage we were booked for, however, the door would not open or close without really pushing it with your body. I contacted management and were told that the door swelled because of the heat. Since my husband is a contractor he noticed that that was not the problem. The door was damaged. We were put into another unit which was fine. And ultimately had a wonderful time."

"Our stay at The Cape Hotel was a complete disappointment. The property is badly maintained and nowhere near the standard you would expect for a hotel charging $700 a night.
The room was in poor condition, with dirty bed sheets, a filthy shower curtain, chipped and damaged tables, and an overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep. There were also horrible smells throughout the room, and the AC circulation was terrible, making the room uncomfortable.
