"Amazing ladies at the front desk -- so super kind and nice...and really helpful and warm. Didn't get the nicest reply from the back house associate (a male who was a bit curt) when I wrote to enquire about the property so was a bit worried. But the ladies upon check in and check out were amazing! And the property is lovely in a great location right on the beach. Our room still had a view of the ocean from the balcony despite being on the north side! A great stay - thank you!!"
"Whilst this property has an ideal location much needs to be improved in the apartment itself. It was not the same furniture and apartment that was picture for the one bedroom partial sea view that we booked. The furniture is very basis and needs to be replaced. The apartment also needs some maintenance done and also a deep clean of most surfaces. The exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work and was full of dirt and dust. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain. We were very disappointed given the priced paid for this apartment. "
"Overall very good. I'd recommend the ATV track.
Nor that it's a bad thing, but it's not like North American resort where there are more food options. It's more like a food court with limited options. I'd highly recommend bringing at least some of your own food.

"Breakfast was good. Pool and waterpark is not heated despite the flyer given to us from repetition saying it is heated all year round.
Rooms were spacious but worn out.
Hot water went out unexpectedly for over 12 hours and notice wasn't given until it was already out.
