Rolling Surf Resort

"The apartment itself & Rolling Surf staff & management cannot be faulted. Both were great! However the way the apartment is marketed and advertised is very misleading, somewhat dubious. The whole booking process indicated that we were booking a room at the rolling surf resort, which is what we wanted with 3x children under 12 (heated pool, games room etc). Somehow the booking became for an apartment in the adjacent block "Seamist" (though still showing as a booking for Rolling Surf throughout) which in turn meant we were somehow excluded from use of ALL resort facilities, which was the primary reason we booked. Seamist has NO lifts up the 5x levels. It has NO pool or facilities of any kind for children on the overcast or windy days when the beach isnt the best option. Very misleading, and very disappointing. EXPEDIA & ROLLING SURF need to do better & be MORE TRANSPARENT about the way these apartments are marketed."
