I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. Sunny Rooms Mascot is very convenient for an overnight stay close to Sydney Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and access is easy with a door code emailed before arrival. Just note there is no front desk and no elevator. Our room was in the basement, so we had to carry our suitcases down a flight of stairs.
The room was clean but basic, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked...
