Loved the Dorp’s quirkiness and overall atmosphere. The rooms and bed very comfortable and well equipped. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Me and my wife stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even left rose petals and sparkling wine in the room for us. The hotel has a very classic and stylish feel and contrary to other reviews which state noise being a problem we had no issues at all.

Lovely location and great overnight stop along the garden route . Beautiful suites and relaxing atmosphere.

Truly a luxury experience with champagne welcome, three course breakfasts, real fires in the rooms and staff, at all levels, who were welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation - beautiful rooms in a beautiful setting which was enhanced by the service provided by the staff through the car being washed in the morning, fires being lit in your room in the evening to the outstanding food and willingness by the staff to make your holiday a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay with Zest, from lovely welcoming staff who greeted us with an ice cold drink when we were sweaty from a long plane ride, to a delicious breakfast, to a very comfortable room. The hotel is eco-conscious too so it's even better to know your stay is doing good by people and planet.

This was an amazing place to stay during our time on Cape Town. The main thing that stands out is the staff, they are helpful beyond measure and will go above and beyond, with enthusiasm and personality. They genuinely care about their guests and will do whatever they can to help, including assisting in itineraries and bookings. Arrived earlier than the official check in time to be met by the friendliest hotel reception we have ever experienced! The reception area itself was stunning, great views over the beach and a relaxing bar to watch the sunsets. Everywhere was spotless, very modern and comfortable. Our room (202) was great, with views of the mountains from one side of the balcony and the beach on the other. A truly magical stay, really brilliant dinner and all drinks included which makes it better value for money. Lovely staff. Only downside is the rooms are tired and the whole pool and bathrooms need maintenance. Also a wider breakfast choice perhaps it is a bit limited. Thanks to Kim for looking after us perfectly.

This was a cut above the average airport hotel, with attention to detail in the rooms and great service.

Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.

It was an outstanding stay at a wonderful stylish place overlooking the sea.

There is no air-conditioning in either of the bedrooms only in the living room. Having AC in the bedroom would be a great improvement.
