"Fantastic hostel, which is more like a hotel! Everything is so clean and new. The place is really spacious - including all common areas, rooms, bathrooms, and it’s a comfortable place to hang out. Staff are really friendly- I don’t know all of their names, but I remember Clara at breakfast was helpful and sweet! The breakfast was delicious - better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I have stayed in a lot of hostels and this is one of the best. The area is cool and trendy, with so much to do...

"Great hotel in a perfect, central location. The receptionists were outstanding, always smiling and saying hello. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite being close to busy areas. There was a nice roof terrace too. However, do NOT order a drink from the ‘skybar’ using the QR code. I eventually got my drink one hour later after repeatedly chasing it and going downstairs to the bar/restaurant. The manager just shrugged his shoulders and offered no apology. He should not be working...

"Fueron muy gentiles con nosotros, nos dieron buenos tips para ir a comer; nos ayudaron a buscar reservas. El hotel es una chulada si lo que buscas es estar en el corazón del Madrid bullicioso. Tienes a nada la gran via, plaza Mayor, El Palacio, la ópera. Por supuesto regresaria."
