"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor. A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy."

"The main issue we had with the room was that it was quite different from the one we booked on the website. We booked a king terrace because the picture online showed a terrace that looked out onto the city. However when we got to the room it looked out onto a wall. Zero view whatsoever. And looking at the rooms next to us they all had a view of a wall. Very disappointing."

"My friend and I stayed five nights and loved this hotel. The staff were pleasant & helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. It’s in a good location and walking distance to many restaurants and places to see. Although it’s on a fairly busy street, we did not hear any noise at night. (Our room was on the 7th floor.) Would definitely recommend. "
