"Matig 4 sterren hotel met vervelend personeel. Hoe niet was het credo, nee standaard het antwoord. Hotel met teveel regels, geen hospitality. Tuin met zwembad gelukkig prima, maar ook de handdoek-service niet klantvriendelijk."

"A breathtaking view and a wonderful getaway, especially for couples. We stayed in an annex room. The air conditioning in that room is not adequate for summer temperatures. (No heat wave, just normal temps) We requested a fan but was not available. Had we known, would have bought one in Cagliari and donated. We had two rather uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, meals were excellent. All staff gracious and accommodating. It is a remarkable experience."

"When we chose this hotel we chose it because it was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. When we got there they told us that our dog was not allowed to be in the public areas and the only place where he could be was in our room. We travel a lot and when we go to a pet friendly place we are allowed to bring our little toy barboncino everywhere with no restrictions. We were supposed to be there two days but we were so disappointed that we left a day earlier. Of course we will never be back and...

"Having worked in high end hospitality management for over a decade, I understand the pressure during busy periods, however that shouldn’t detract from the customers experience. Service is what makes or breaks a hotel. Sadly the service here lacked massively. Apart from the staff members mentioned.
