"Once you get to the property the staff were all wonderful but the communication prior to arrival was none no answers to any of my questions through Expedia. The city bus is across the street takes you into Florence for 2 euros but make sure you validate your ticket front of bus to avoid a hefty fine. I loved that we could cook breakfast before heading out and there is a grocery store onsite."

The staff was exceptional ... whether it was the administrative staff, the servers, or the cleaning staff, all realized that they were there to service their guests and they provided quality services consistently during our stay. "Beautiful property. The restaurant and breakfast are great. Rooms are cozy and quaint. To consider there shuttle is only to get you to the bridge and walk or cab from there to wherever you’re going. It’s the distance from places such as stores restaurants be prepared for any extra needs of expenses such as bottled water or snacks. Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and privacy."

"Stayed here for 5 nights. Everything here was very nice. Our maid was very sweet and spoke rapidly to us in Italian thinking that we understood every word 😂. The main reason I rated this 4 and not 5 stars was that the breakfast buffet never changed. It was good…but got boring."
