"This is a lovely hidden gem in Tuscany. The outdoor view is refreshing and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful; the property was one of our favorite places we stayed. Very comfortable accommodations with a nice kitchen and dining area. Did a day trip to Florence which was about half an hour drive. We could have stayed here longer and been perfectly happy. "

"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Deeply appreciated the room upgrade with a stunning lookout of the grounds. Only wished the bumpin' music in the clubhouse (?) was a bit quieter during sleeping hours. "I recently traveled to Florence with a friend, and stayed six nights a the lovely Villa Neroli. The staff was welcoming, and helpful as we set out to navigate Florence. We began each day with a wonderful breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. Most days we took the #17 bus (about a ten minute walk from the hotel) into Florence city center for a 1.70 Euro. It was inexpensive and convenient (about 25 minutes) into the city center. "The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. Car park which we managed to get a space, parks 10 cars. Neighbourhood very good and it’s a walk down the hill to the bus stop which you...
