Great location and great hotel! Much bigger than we thought -great amenities including a cinema! Mini bar was free. Breakfast is not included. Additional bars and restaurants at the hotel were great additions (multiple!). Also cozy room to wait around if your room is not ready yet upon check in. They also held our bags during check out as our train didn’t leave until later in the day which made it easy for us to explore more.

We loved our stay here. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was big and worked well. The decor was super pleasing and quite charming. We adored the hotel bar and used the courtyard to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Location was great - walking distance from most of the big sites.

We stayed in room 406. Beautifully decorated room with plenty of unexpected surprises. The bar was amazing as was the dining area and lounge by reception. This was a very quirky, well run hotel. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We tried it once and then ate out every morning.

Great location within easy walking distance to both the bus and train terminals, making it super convenient for getting around. Many attractions are also nearby, so it’s easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Nice little touches like complimentary water and beer in the fridge were a pleasant surprise. The room also had pour-over coffee, which was a great bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and cozy—perfect for a good night’s rest. Overall, a really enjoyable and comfortable stay.

This was a unique experience! Very nice hotel, good location and excellent service. The rooms was spacious, clean, comfortable pillows and duets! The decor and theme of the hotel was fun!
