San Casciano in Val di Pesa
9.2 dari 10, Istimewa, (88 ulasan)
"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The property was clean, the beds were good, the shower was good, and the staff was helpful. The place was well situated on the edge of Piazza della Signoria, but the plaza was fairly noisy in the late evening. The room had a cool two way window that swung open at the top, or like a door. The room was split level requiring us to get up at night and go down stairs in the dark when going to the bathroom. There was no night light. Leaving the bathroom light on, we had to deal with the noise of...
