"Room smelled like smoke. Staff never at front desk."

"The room was immaculately cleaned and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong and quickly heated up. You won't get much sleep if anyone is staying in the rooms next to you. The walls are too thin and I could hear the conversations and television playing throughout the night which kept me up. The noise in the hallway reverberates and you'll hear every knock on the door in the morning from housekeeping. "

"This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. "

"I would have rated the cleanliness a 3 due to an over flowing garbage that sat directly in front of the 4th floor elevator from the time we arrived at 9pm until the next morning when I had to ask staff to clean it up as it was all over the ground by the exit, but, the bathroom was clean and the beds and linens seems clean. "

"Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay....

"Pool was okay, it was a bit dirty. The kids wished there was something more to do in it. The breakfast wasnt good, bread was stale onlything ok to really have was yogurt and waffles. Also stunk like weed.. seems like someome tried covering up the smells with frebreeze. "

"The staff was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The pool area was less clean than the rest of the property. It wasn’t so terrible that it prevented us from letting our kids use the pool. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Had an issue with a smell coming from another room. Nothing the hotel had control over as it was coming through the bathroom vent. Housekeeping was great and brought a strong air freshener in to mask the smell. We reached out to the manager after the stay and he was wonderful and quick to respond to our issue. "

"Very clean and located close enough to bars and restaurants to walk. Standard free hotel breakfast offering but tasty. Swimming pool is not huge but adequate. Unfortunately no hot tub. Did not eat at the on site restaurant but had drinks at the bar. Staff is very courteous "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but showed age and wear and tear. The towels were clean but stained/yellowing. The pool was dirty with a lot of things floating and on the bottom, so we did not feel comfortable swimming."
