"Popo could not have been a better host! It felt more like he was welcoming us to his home then his hotel. So many antiques, so many stories, so much history in that beautiful place. Jenny is it one of the most hard-working hotel managers I've ever seen! The spirit of the property was very joyful and welcoming. The grounds were always beautiful. The entire staff was focused on our comfort and positive experience. Mission accomplished! "

"A nice hotel with a lot of potential, especially because of its great location and attractive design. The rooms are spacious and have an apartment-like feel, which makes them comfortable for a longer stay. The location is definitely one of the highlights, and the overall concept has a lot going for it. However, the hotel could benefit from more amenities and a little more attention to the guest experience. The customer service wasn’t bad, but it could use a warmer and more enthusiastic touch. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus, but unfortunately the quality and selection could be improved. With a few upgrades and some extra attention to service and amenities, I think this hotel could become a really nice option in Managua."
