"The room was not properly cleaned and felt neglected. There was noticeable dust along the walls, which made the space feel unkempt. "Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again."
