"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"Breakfast menu had low quality choices, shower was very small, cheap curtains keep touching my skin while trying to shower and the water from the sink was draining super slow. When leaving the hotel, the driver didn’t even try helping me load my 5 suitcase I had or dismount at the airport and when he was pulling out of the hotel parking lot we almost had an accident with an upcoming vehicle on the road. Definitely not coming back and not recommended. "

"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. "Great location with short 5 minute shuttle to airport for a small fee. Buffet breakfast excellent as were the dining options. Staff super friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. Can highly recommend"

"Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the downtown area of Gallarate and a shorter walk than that from the train station. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodatingly bilingual. Very cozy room with a delicious breakfast offered in the morning. 5/5, would stay here again!"
